April Fool's!

We have such a great April Fool's joke planned to play on Boss tomorrow! All the girls in the office are going to go to him with problems. I'm going to tell him I'm pregnant; two girls are going to tell him they're moving to other states; one girl is going to ask for a transfer to another office in another state; another girl is going to say that her (inter-office) relationship just broke up and she wants to take all of her vacation time to get over it, because looking at the guy will just be too painful; another is going to say that her (inter-office) boyfriend and she are going to elope and want to take two weeks' of vacation starting Monday for that and a honeymoon; another is going to say that she's going to back to school for her MBA; and another is going to say that she's going abroad. I'm sure he'll figure it out by about the third or fourth person, but this is going to be a scream!

There was totally an article about office April Fool's jokes on CNN today, and one involved all the female employees telling the boss they were pregnant. You guys are so creative, you came up with the same thing on your own, only more varied!

Also, I laughed out loud at Alice's comment.

Shelly - I'll keep you posted. I'm supposed to go first and I'm so nervous!

Alice - LOL! That's not exactly an April Fool's, though is it?!

Thanks jmc, I hope it goes over well!

Hot - he's really young, so his heart should be pretty good. And he's got a good sense of humor. So I'm hoping this goes well!

Jess - that's exactly where I got the idea! I proposed that idea first, but too many of our ladies are unmarried and single to go along with that plan (I thought that would have made it funnier!). They came up with the twist of everyone doing something different. Then everyone picked something tailored to her to make it more believable.

And yeah, I laughed at Alice's comment, too!
