Fortunately, we got him over that with the time-honored parental tradition of bribery with candy. Here he is, happy in his skunkness:

aaaahahahaha that first picture is AWESOME. there are several of my sister like that, in whatever costume she BEGGED my mom for WEEKS that she NEEDED... then sobbed miserably when she had to actually wear it :-)
